In a move aimed at enhancing digital connectivity and convenience for customers, First National Bank (FNB) Zambia and Liquid Intelligent Technologies have officially announced their strategic partnership. This collaboration promises to offer affordable and reliable data services to users, ultimately driving the adoption of digital banking and online platforms across Zambia.
Effective immediately, customers utilizing FNB debit cards to purchase LTE data bundles on the Liquid Home Online portal will enjoy an automatic 5% discount. This reduction in data costs represents a significant step toward improving data accessibility and affordability for consumers.
Chanda Busuma, Acting Head of Retail Banking at FNB Zambia, expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership, stating, “With the increase in mobile and internet penetration in Zambia, we are pleased to partner with like-minded organizations like Liquid Intelligent Technologies that are driving affordable access to data, which will translate into increased use of digital banking and online platforms with ease. The collaboration aligns with FNB Zambia’s strategic intent to enhance customer value and convenience through its Alliance Partnership business model, which emphasizes collaboration to provide tangible savings and discounts on various products and services when customers use the bank’s secure payment platforms.
