Emirates and Condor Launch Reciprocal Interline Partnership for Enhanced Connectivity

Emirates and Condor have activated their reciprocal interline agreement, marking a significant milestone for both airlines.

The announcement was made by Adnan Kazim, Emirates Chief Commercial Officer, and Jens Boyd, Condor Commercial Director, at the prestigious Dubai Airshow.

Effective immediately, the interline partnership opens up seamless access to a combined total of 70 routes operated by both airlines.

Covering regions in Europe, Africa, Asia, Australasia, and the Middle East, the collaboration promises passengers a hassle-free experience with a single ticket fare and a convenient baggage policy.

Emirates’ passengers can now explore additional European and Caribbean destinations offered by Condor, with access to 24 regional points via Frankfurt, 12 via Dusseldorf, 9 via Hamburg, and 12 via Munich.

Popular cities such as Malaga, Ibiza, Cancun, and Havana are now within reach, all under a single ticket and with efficient baggage check-through to the final destination.

The partnership also extends to frequent flyers, with Emirates Skywards members gaining the opportunity to earn and redeem miles on all Condor-operated flights.

Adnan Kazim highlighted the importance of this collaboration, stating, “This agreement not only enhances connectivity for our customers but also offers added value through the integration of our frequent flyer programs.”

Condor’s customers, in turn, will enjoy enhanced access to Emirates-operated flights, particularly between Frankfurt and Dubai, with onward connections to 12 points across Asia, Australasia, Africa, and the Middle East, including Auckland, Bangkok, Male, Muscat, and Mauritius.

Tickets for the expanded network are now available for immediate travel booking on both airlines’ official websites, through Online Travel Agencies (OTA’s), and via travel agents utilizing major Global Distribution Systems (GDS).

Emirates’ reach in Europe will notably expand with an additional 57 points through its existing gateways in Germany, providing more travel options and connectivity for both business and leisure travelers to popular destinations.

Emirates has been a key player in the German aviation landscape since 1987, currently operating 63 weekly flights to Frankfurt, Hamburg, Dusseldorf, and Munich.

With Condor joining as a partner, Emirates’ network now encompasses 30 codeshare and 121 interline partners, offering passengers seamless access to over 1,500 cities across 6 continents.

In addition to the interline partnership, Emirates Skywards members can now earn and redeem miles on Condor-operated flights, further enhancing the benefits for the over 1.4 million German nationals and residents enrolled in the Emirates Skywards program.

The new collaboration signifies a strategic step forward for both airlines in providing enhanced connectivity, flexibility, and value for their passengers.
