MFS Renews Cautionary Notice Over Ongoing Developments

Madison Financial Services Plc (MFS) has issued a further cautionary renewal, advising shareholders to exercise continued caution when trading in the company’s shares.

In a notice released through Stockbrokers Zambia Limited (SBZ), MFS stated that the full impact of recent developments is still being assessed and may materially affect the share price. The company first issued a cautionary announcement on 13 February 2025, with several follow-up notices since.

The latest announcement has been approved by the Lusaka Securities Exchange, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and the board of Madison Financial Services Plc.

Shareholders are strongly advised to seek professional advice from licensed investment advisers before making any decisions related to MFS securities.

Issued by the Company Secretary, Francis Mwale, the notice underlines MFS’s commitment to keeping investors informed while internal assessments continue.
