Emirates Crowned ‘World’s Best Airline’ in Comprehensive Global Study

Emirates has once again proven its excellence in the skies, taking the prestigious title of “World’s Best Airline” in a newly released study by Telegraph Travel. The study ranked 90 global carriers across more than 30 criteria, including punctuality, baggage allowance, route network, and in-flight experience.

Emirates soared to the top spot, recognized for its world-class service and extensive fleet, which includes the largest number of double-decker Airbus A380s, a passenger favorite.

The in-depth analysis praised Emirates for “ticking nearly every box,” from its renowned Premium Economy and Business Class offerings to its top-notch First Class amenities, such as the finest wine list and inflight showers.

The airline’s expansive route network, which spans 140 cities across 77 countries, and its unmatched inflight entertainment system, ice, also contributed to the win.

In 2024 alone, Emirates has bagged 19 awards, including 7 accolades at the Skytrax World Airline Awards, and was also recognized at the Business Traveller Middle East Awards and World Travel Awards for its leading services in First Class, Premium Economy, and loyalty programs.

Emirates’ top-tier customer experience, from its extensive lounge network and chauffeur-driven airport transfers to its award-winning inflight entertainment with over 6,500 channels, continues to set it apart from its competitors, ensuring passengers a luxurious and seamless journey from start to finish.
