Zambian Breweries Welcomes Thais Cavinatto as New Country Director

With over eight years of experience within AB InBev, Ms. Cavinatto has held various strategic positions, most recently serving as the Global BEES Vice President, Frontline Transformation.
Her tenure saw her spearheading crucial initiatives such as the digital transformation of sales through the expansion of the BEES digital platform and the implementation of BEES FORCE and BEES GROW in multiple markets.
Ms. Cavinatto’s career trajectory highlights her visionary leadership and dedication to driving sustainable business growth.
Beginning as an Investment Banking Analyst with Goldman Sachs Brazil, she later transitioned to Ambev, where she held several key roles before assuming the position of Global B2B Director at BEES.
Educationally, Ms. Cavinatto holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, underscoring her strong academic background.
