Access Bank Unveils K700,000 Campaign Rewarding Customers with Cash

Access Bank Zambia Limited has launched a nationwide Deposit Mobilisation Campaign, offering customers a chance to win a share of K700,000 in cash rewards, as part of efforts to promote a strong savings culture and enhance financial stability.

The campaign, which runs from 4 May to 31 August 2026, will reward customers across multiple segments, with a grand prize of K250,000 to be awarded at the end of the four-month period.

Speaking during the launch, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Dr Iheanyi Nwogu, said the initiative is aimed at encouraging long-term financial discipline among customers.

“Financial empowerment begins with cultivating a strong savings culture. This campaign is designed not only to reward our customers but to support them in building lasting financial security,” he said.

Dr Nwogu added that the bank remains committed to supporting both individuals and businesses in growing their wealth through structured and consistent saving.

Head of Retail and Digital Banking, Teza Ngulube, noted that the campaign has been designed to be inclusive and easy to participate in.

“By maintaining minimum balances and growing their deposits, customers automatically qualify for monthly rewards. This approach ensures that saving becomes both achievable and rewarding,” he said.

Mr Ngulube emphasised that consistent monthly deposits will increase customers’ chances of winning, while also strengthening their financial resilience over time.

The campaign is open to customers in Personal, Prime, Premium Elite and SME Banking segments. Participants are automatically entered into monthly draws by depositing funds and maintaining required balances, with no need for separate registration.

A total of 34 monthly prizes will be awarded, ensuring wide participation, while customers who maintain consistent incremental deposits stand a better chance of securing the grand prize.

The initiative underscores the bank’s broader commitment to advancing financial inclusion and delivering customer-focused banking solutions that create sustainable value.
