Zambia Airways and Indo Zambia Bank Partner to Offer Exclusive Travel Benefits
Zambia Airways (2014) Limited has announced a strategic partnership with Indo Zambia Bank, aimed at providing the bank’s premier customers with exclusive travel privileges and special rates. The agreement was finalised at a press briefing held at the bank’s Head Office in Lusaka.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Zambia Airways CEO, Mr Thomas Woldesenbet, said the partnership demonstrates the airline’s commitment to enhancing the travel experience while offering long-term benefits to customers.
He added that the collaboration reflects a shared vision between the two organisations to provide exceptional service.
“The partnership we are signing today signifies not only the connection of cities but also brings people, cultures, and economies together. It provides essential links that promote tourism and investment,” Mr Woldesenbet explained.
Indo Zambia Bank Managing Director, Mr Brajesh Kumar Singh, stated that the initiative is part of the bank’s efforts to improve premium banking services, reward customer loyalty, and integrate lifestyle benefits into the overall customer experience.
