Emirates Unveils New Experiential Travel Store in London

Emirates, the world’s largest international airline, has launched its first experiential travel store in Europe, located in South Kensington, London. The “Emirates World” Travel Store is designed to offer customers an immersive experience, blending smart technology with personalized travel services and showcasing the airline’s renowned products.

The flagship store, part of a global expansion plan with 40 locations in the works, features Emirates’ signature travel comforts, including a full-sized replica of its First Class private suite, a Premium Economy seat display, and the A380 Onboard Lounge. This cutting-edge retail space gives customers the chance to experience the airline’s award-winning travel offerings firsthand.

The grand opening event was attended by Adnan Kazim, Emirates’ Deputy President and Chief Commercial Officer, and His Excellency Mansoor Abulhoul, UAE Ambassador to the UK. Other guests included prominent industry leaders, corporate partners, and Emirates executives.

Adnan Kazim expressed the airline’s commitment to enhancing the customer journey. “When customers book a flight or holiday, it’s not just a financial transaction, it’s an emotional one,” he said. “We’ll be doubling down to deliver a memorable visit for our customers through personalized experiences and immersive displays showcasing the best of our in-flight products.”

The Emirates London Travel Store offers a spacious 270-square-meter lounge-like environment where visitors can access personalized services for booking flights and holidays, managing Skywards loyalty programme queries, and shopping for Emirates-branded merchandise. The store also features innovative tech elements, including self-service screens and a “selfie mirror” where customers can snap photos against scenic backdrops of Emirates destinations.

Additionally, Emirates Holidays has opened a new store in Cottons Centre, staffed by 45 travel consultants ready to offer exclusive holiday packages and expert advice.

With over 140 destinations and 133 weekly flights from the UK to Dubai, Emirates continues to be a leading choice for international travelers. The airline operates the largest fleet of A380s, with 116 aircraft offering passengers luxurious travel experiences, including award-winning in-flight entertainment, spacious cabins, and unique onboard features.

Emirates’ London Travel Store marks a new era in customer engagement, bringing the brand’s “Fly Better” promise to life for UK travelers.
