Loanette Boshoff Appointed Chief People Officer at APO Group

APO Group has announced the promotion of Loanette Boshoff to Chief People Officer, reinforcing its commitment to building a collaborative and growth-focused organisational culture.

The pan-African communications consultancy, known for integrating advisory, execution and proprietary news distribution, said the appointment reflects its continued focus on people and culture as a key business priority.

Boshoff, who joined APO Group in 2019, has played a central role in shaping the organisation’s talent strategy. She led the establishment of a distributed, multinational team operating across Africa and internationally, and developed leadership frameworks, performance standards and talent systems that have supported the company’s rapid growth.

Founder and Chairman Nicolas Pompigne-Mognard said Boshoff’s promotion highlights the company’s emphasis on structured talent development and consistency across its markets.

“Sustained growth requires structured talent development. Loanette has provided insightful senior counsel and has played a decisive role in shaping our teams and our culture,” he said.

With more than 20 years of experience in global talent management, Boshoff has worked across Africa, the Middle East, Europe, North America and Asia, supporting multinational organisations, start-ups and high-growth enterprises.

She has also co-founded consultancy ventures focused on strategic human resource advisory services.

In her new role, Boshoff will focus on strengthening leadership capability, attracting top talent and maintaining the high-performance culture that underpins APO Group’s client service.

“High performance must be built deliberately,” Boshoff said. “In a remote organisation operating across Africa and beyond, clarity, standards and leadership alignment are essential to achieving measurable results for both our people and our clients.”

APO Group said the move will further strengthen its internal growth systems and position its pan-African workforce to deliver on its ambition of being a trusted communications partner across the continent and beyond.
