Retired General Shikapwasha’s Shooting Under Investigation
The Zambia Police Service has launched an active investigation into a shooting incident involving Retired Lieutenant General Ronnie Shikapwasha, which took place at his residence in Ibex Hill on January 14th, 2024, between 17:00 and 18:00 hours.
The retired officer was subsequently rushed to Maina Soko Military Hospital by his wife and children, where he is currently receiving medical attention.
Police detectives are diligently working to uncover the actual facts surrounding this unfortunate incident. The authorities are treating the matter with the utmost seriousness and have committed to conducting a fair, impartial, and transparent investigation.
