As the festive season approaches, Emirates urges travelers to plan their journeys meticulously, expecting departure numbers to surge during December. With over 75,000 passengers departing Dubai International Airport daily, the airline recommends early arrival and highlights a range of enhanced services for a seamless travel experience.

Emirates advises customers to arrive at the airport up to three hours before their flight, emphasizing the importance of punctuality. To expedite the check-in process, travelers can utilize various options, including the Emirates City Check-In & Travel Store, recently refurbished First and Business Class Check-In areas at Dubai International Airport, private home check-in services, and remote check-in facilities.

To streamline the travel experience, Emirates encourages passengers to download the Emirates App. This allows for online check-in, flight details, digital boarding passes, notifications, meal pre-ordering in Business Class, and even planning in-flight entertainment. Online check-in and app check-in open 48 hours before departure.

Emirates introduces the convenience of early luggage drop-off at the airport the night before travel, with no additional charge. For those in Dubai, the Emirates City Check-In & Travel Store at ICD Brookfield Place provides swift check-in services, including self-service kiosks and the world’s first robot check-in agent named Sara.

Travelers from Ajman can take advantage of the 24-hour City Check-In at Ajman Central Bus Terminal. This service allows check-in up to four hours before the flight, including baggage drop and boarding pass collection, with an affordable bus ticket option for a seamless journey to Emirates Terminal 3.

Emirates introduces the Home Check-In service, allowing passengers to check in at home in Dubai and Sharjah. DUBZ agents complete the check-in process at the customer’s location, offering a hassle-free experience. The service is complimentary for First Class passengers.

Emirates enhances the airport experience with revamped First and Business Class Check-In areas at Dubai International Airport, just in time for the festive season.
