Stella Artois Zambia Polocrosse Open 2023 – Suscon emerges victorious
The Leopards Hill Polocrosse Club witnessed a spectacle of talent and sportsmanship as the Stella Artois Zambia Polocrosse Open 2023 concluded with an exhilarating final match, crowning Suscon as the champions. The prestigious event, sponsored by Stella Artois, a premium beer brand of Zambian Breweries, demonstrated the brewer’s commitment to supporting the growth and development of polocrosse in the country.
The Zambia Polocrosse Association (ZPA) Chairman, Steve Kyriazis, expressed his heartfelt appreciation to Stella Artois for their sponsorship, which played a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the tournament and supporting the ZPA’s fundraising efforts for the 2024 World Cup.
Kyriazis stated, “This year’s tournament showcased Zambian Polocrosse at its highest level, and this could not have been possible without the support of our partners, who provided the financial backing to make this event a resounding success.”

After an intense series of matches, Suscon emerged victorious, overcoming Butcher Block to claim the coveted trophy of the 2023 Zambia Polocrosse Open. The audience was treated to a thrilling display of athleticism and sportsmanship from all participating teams.
