Zambian Ministry Teams Up with JAIN University to Launch Education Skills Empowerment Program for Youth
The Ministry of Youths, Sports, and Arts has launched an exciting new program called the Education Skills Empowerment initiative, in collaboration with JAIN University of India.
This program is designed to help Zambian youths improve their skills and opportunities for better lives.
Led by Minister Elvis Nkandu, the program aims to offer an impressive 500,000 slots to young people across Zambia. Courses will last between three to seven months and cover various fields of study.
During the launch event, Minister Nkandu expressed his excitement and urged young people to take advantage of this opportunity.
He emphasized that the program aims to equip youth with valuable skills that will open doors to various career paths and help them contribute meaningfully to nation-building.
One notable aspect of the program is its affordability. Minister Nkandu announced that the courses will be reasonably priced, ranging from 1,500 to 2,700 Kwacha.
Additionally, youths will only need to pay ten percent of the total cost, making it accessible to all eligible candidates.
Minister Nkandu also thanked JAIN University for their collaboration, highlighting the partnership’s dedication to empowering youth and preparing them for the job market.
The Education Skills Empowerment program is expected to revolutionize education in Zambia by providing young individuals with the tools they need to succeed in their chosen fields.
