Lt Gen Oscar Msitu Nyoni Outlines Vision for Zambia Air Force in Maiden Address
The newly appointed Zambia Air Force (ZAF) Commander, Lt Gen Oscar Msitu Nyoni, wasted no time in outlining his vision for the force during his maiden address at ZAF Lusaka Air Force Base on Friday, December 22th, 2023.
