Zanaco and Airtel Zambia Unveil Innovative Bill Muster Service for Convenient School Fee Payments
Zambia witnessed a notable advancement in digital services and customer experience as Zambia National Commercial Bank (Zanaco) forged a strategic alliance with Airtel Zambia. This collaboration has given rise to the Zanaco Bill Muster service, now accessible through the Airtel Money platform.
The official launch unfolded at Radisson Blu on 29th November, 2023, drawing the presence of key dignitaries and industry leaders to grace the ceremony.
The launch event, held at Radisson Blu, saw the presence of Ms. Noriana Muneku, Permanent Secretary – Administration, Ministry of Education, who officially inaugurated the service.
The occasion was attended by esteemed guests, including Zanaco CEO, Mrs. Mukwandi Chibesakunda; Airtel Zambia Managing Director, Mr. Hussam Baday, and the Vice Chancellor of The University of Zambia, Professor Anne Sikwibele, alongside other notable figures and members of the press.
The Zanaco Bill Muster service on the Airtel Money platform introduces a streamlined process for customers to make school fee payments with ease.
This collaboration marks a significant milestone in Zanaco’s ongoing digital agenda, emphasizing its commitment to providing efficient and accessible payment solutions for its customers.
Customers can now leverage the convenience of Airtel Money to access the Bill Muster service, simplifying school fee payments and contributing to a more seamless financial experience.
