Zambia Sugar Declares 109.6 Ngwee Final Dividend
Zambia Sugar Plc (ZSUG) has declared a final dividend of 109.6 ngwee per share for the financial year ended 31 August 2025.
The dividend was approved by shareholders at the company’s 64th Annual General Meeting, held virtually and at the Intercontinental Hotel, Lusaka, on 27 November 2025.
The dividend will be payable to shareholders registered in the company’s books at the close of business on Friday, 19 December 2025, with payment expected on or about Monday, 22 December 2025. The last day to trade shares to qualify for the dividend is Tuesday, 16 December 2025.
Shareholders are urged to ensure their bank account and contact details are up to date with Corpserve Transfer Agents Limited, the company’s transfer secretaries, to facilitate prompt payment.
