Emirates to Introduce Airbus A350 on Daily Hangzhou Service
Emirates has announced that it will deploy its latest Airbus A350 aircraft to Hangzhou from 26 October 2025, making the Chinese mainland city the first to welcome the new aircraft type just three months after the airline’s inaugural service there.
The A350 will operate on daily flight EK310, departing Dubai International Airport at 04:15 and arriving in Hangzhou at 16:00. The return service, EK311, will leave Hangzhou at 00:10, landing in Dubai at 06:10.
Adnan Kazim, Emirates’ Deputy President and Chief Commercial Officer, said: “Over the last year we have made significant investments in our operations to the Chinese mainland, creating meaningful impact through the launch of brand-new destinations and providing an elevated in-flight experience with our latest products. Introducing the A350 to Hangzhou is the natural next step, as we continue to bring the latest and greatest that Emirates has to offer to China’s skies. The A350 is an exciting addition to our fleet mix, adding a new dynamic to our existing operations in China. We look forward to welcoming passengers from Hangzhou on the new Emirates A350 soon.”
The A350 is the first new aircraft model to join the Emirates fleet since 2008, complementing the airline’s Boeing 777s and A380s, which also serve the Chinese mainland. The aircraft is fitted with Emirates’ latest cabin interiors, featuring spacious layouts, higher ceilings, wider aisles, and advanced inflight entertainment systems.
For the first time, Hangzhou passengers will also have access to Emirates’ Premium Economy cabin. Positioned as a luxury travel option at an accessible price point, Premium Economy features spacious leather seats with full leg rests, large pillows and blankets, 13.3-inch personal screens, in-seat charging, complimentary amenity kits on select flights, and a globally exclusive sparkling wine, Chandon Vintage Brut 2017.
The Emirates A350 is configured in three classes, offering 312 seats in total: 32 Business Class in a 1-2-1 layout, 21 Premium Economy in a 2-3-2 layout, and 259 Economy Class in a 3-3-3 configuration.
Tickets are available through emirates.com, the Emirates App, the airline’s contact centre, or travel agents. Customers in China can also pay via WeChat Pay.
