Emirates has unveiled its state-of-the-art Crew Zone at the Emirates Group Headquarters in Dubai, further reinforcing its commitment to cabin crew wellbeing and professional development. The new facility, developed over nine months at an investment of AED 3 million, provides a dynamic, multifunctional space designed to support crew members in various aspects of their work and personal development.
The Crew Zone is accessible 24/7 and offers a comprehensive range of services, including educational workshops, technological support, a beauty and wellbeing hub, and a dedicated lounge area for relaxation and networking. Designed to accommodate up to 200 crew members at a time, the facility features seven key service areas tailored to meet the needs of Emirates’ globally diverse workforce.
The Emirates Crew Engagement Zone serves as a central hub for crew to connect with the airline’s latest initiatives, product launches, and professional training. Interactive screens display real-time schedules for workshops and events, enabling crew to book sessions via their phones. Topics covered range from health and fitness to service excellence, security, and medical training.
The Emirates One Device Hub ensures seamless technological support, assisting crew with Emirates’ One Device program, which provides iPhones and iPads configured with custom Emirates apps to enhance onboard service and streamline work processes.
For administrative needs, the Facilities Distribution Service acts as a one-stop destination for document drop-offs, visa collections, and device pickups. Meanwhile, the Crew Computer Zone offers high-speed internet, individual workstations, and printing services to support crew members in managing personal and professional tasks efficiently.
The Crew Lounge is designed as a comfortable retreat where crew can unwind, enjoy refreshments, or complete inflight reports. Complementing this, the Emirates Beauty Hub, launched in 2023 and now integrated into the Crew Zone, offers personalized consultations on skincare, makeup, nutrition, and haircare, as well as masterclass events.
The Crew Connect Services team operates around the clock, providing customer-centric operational support through in-person consultations, phone, and email services.
