CEC Announces Retirement of Director Hastings Mtine
Copperbelt Energy Corporation Plc (CEC) has announced the retirement of Mr Hastings Mtine from its Board of Directors, effective 31 August 2025. Mr Mtine joined the board on 17 October 2022 and has served for nearly three years.
In a statement, the CEC Board expressed its gratitude for Mr Mtine’s dedication and valuable contributions during his tenure and wished him success in his future endeavours.
The announcement was made in accordance with section 3.59 of the Lusaka Securities Exchange Listing Requirements. The company emphasised that the notice is of a price-sensitive nature, and investors are advised to seek professional advice from a licensed investment advisor or stockbroker.
