Emirates Expands A350 Network with Seven New Destinations
Emirates has announced a significant expansion of its A350 network, unveiling seven new destinations across the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and Southeast Asia. The latest addition to the airline’s fleet will offer enhanced passenger experiences, featuring next-generation interiors and premium travel options.
Starting in June, Emirates will introduce A350 services to Tunis, Amman, Istanbul, Dammam, Ho Chi Minh City, Baghdad, and Oslo. The airline also plans to bolster its A350 presence in Bahrain and Kuwait while advancing its scheduled deployment for Bologna.
Adnan Kazim, Deputy President and Chief Commercial Officer of Emirates Airline, highlighted the aircraft’s operational advantages and commitment to customer experience:
“Our strategic A350 expansion across diverse geographies in the Middle East/GCC, Europe, Africa, and Southeast Asia leverages the aircraft’s operational flexibility and efficiency, while offering more customers expanded premium travel options and the opportunity to experience our latest generation interiors like Business Class and Premium Economy along with plenty of thoughtful touches throughout every cabin, now available in more cities than ever before.”
New A350 Route Details
- Tunis: Six times weekly from June 1 (excluding Tuesdays).
- Amman: Daily service from June 1.
- Istanbul: Daily service from July 1.
- Dammam: Emirates’ A350 debut in Saudi Arabia, starting July 1.
- Ho Chi Minh City: First Southeast Asian destination for the A350, starting August 1.
- Baghdad: Three times weekly from August 3.
- Oslo: Daily service starting September 1.
Emirates will also add more A350 services to Bahrain, making it a nearly all-A350 operation, and Kuwait, which will receive its second A350 flight from October 1. Bologna will see its first A350 deployment on June 1, a month ahead of schedule.
Passengers can now book A350 flights via Emirates’ website, app, retail stores, or travel agents. The A350’s cabin features include 32 lie-flat Business Class seats in a 1-2-1 configuration, 21 Premium Economy seats, and 259 spacious Economy Class seats. The aircraft also boasts advanced technology such as wireless charging, digital inflight menus, 4K entertainment screens, and Bluetooth connectivity.
