It’s Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas with Emirates

This festive season, Emirates is spreading Christmas cheer to over a million passengers traveling through its global network. The airline is offering a sleigh full of seasonal delights for customers throughout December, including festive treats, exclusive wines, and in-flight celebrations. 

With daily flights from Harare and Lusaka to Dubai, travelers can enjoy a luxurious holiday experience both on the ground and in the sky.

Emirates lounges at Dubai International Airport are transformed into winter wonderlands, serving traditional Christmas fare such as roasted turkey, cranberry sauce, glazed chestnuts, and a selection of festive desserts. 

Passengers in First and Business Class lounges can indulge in seasonal favorites like mince pies, gingerbread, and stollen, paired with premium beverages, including Moët & Chandon champagne and the Tranquil Tundra cocktail by Dilmah.

Onboard, customers can savor a variety of holiday-themed dishes from December 14-26, including festive hot chocolate with various toppings, roasted turkey, chestnut stuffing, and decadent desserts such as Christmas fruitcake and chocolate yule log. 

First Class passengers will enjoy special offerings like Château Mouton Rothschild 2003, a Bordeaux First Growth wine, and Dom Pérignon 2004 champagne, while Business and Premium Economy passengers can sample a range of fine wines from the Emirates collection.

In addition, Emirates will celebrate Orthodox Christmas with special menus from December 24-January 8, featuring dishes like lobster tail, smoked salmon, duck confit, and peppermint mousse cake.

For those looking to get into the holiday spirit, Emirates’ inflight entertainment system, ice, will feature 42 festive movies, including new releases like Candy Cane Lane and EXmas, as well as classic favorites such as Last Christmas, Elf, and Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer. Passengers can also enjoy 15 albums of Christmas music, ensuring there’s something for everyone to enjoy during their flight.

Emirates customers can also shop for last-minute gifts through EmiratesRED, which is offering up to 50% off luxury products, including fragrances, sunglasses, and wellness items. The airline is also encouraging passengers to give back this season by donating to the Emirates Airline Foundation, which supports underprivileged children around the world.
