President Hichilema Emphasizes Effective Communication for Public Officials

President Hakainde Hichilema has urged Cabinet Ministers and Permanent Secretaries to prioritize transparent and effective communication with citizens. 

Speaking at a leadership, communication, and branding training session on 20th November, the President emphasized the need for public officials to explain government actions, report achievements, and address challenges such as the drought affecting developmental milestones.

Highlighting his administration’s achievements over the past three years, Hichilema reaffirmed the government’s commitment to engaging communities and maintaining open dialogue. 

He called for regular updates to Zambians on progress toward a better future, emphasizing  public servants’ duty to remain accountable to the electorate.

“We owe our people the duty to report back on what we’ve accomplished and explain the challenges we face,” the President stressed.
