ZICB Appoints Mr. Danny Luswili as New Chairman
Following the retirement of Mr. Musonda Cheta, Zambia Industrial Commercial Bank (ZICB) has appointed Mr. Danny Luswili as its new Chairman.
Mr. Luswili brings over 30 years of experience in banking, risk management, and corporate governance to the role.
He previously served as a non-executive Director on the ZICB Board and Chairman of the Risk Committee.
Mr. Luswili holds a strong academic background in accounting, finance, and business management.
He is a fellow of multiple prestigious accounting and management institutions.
In his acceptance speech, Mr. Luswili expressed gratitude for the trust placed in him and pledged to collaborate with the Board to deliver shareholder value and fulfill ZICB’s mandate.
He also acknowledged the valuable contributions of previous board members.
