Emirates Prepares for a Strong Presence at ITB Berlin 2024

Emirates, the world’s largest international airline, is gearing up for a significant presence at ITB Berlin 2024, Europe’s leading travel and trade show, taking place from 5th to 7th March. The airline plans to showcase its latest signature products and reinforce its commitment to Europe with new partnerships and sustainability initiatives.

One of the highlights of Emirates’ participation at ITB Berlin will be the debut of its highly popular Premium Economy seat and the iconic Boeing 777-300ER Game-changer First Class suite in Germany.

Visitors to the Emirates stand will have the opportunity to experience these innovative products firsthand, along with other fan-favorite offerings such as the Boeing 777 Business Class seat and the A380 Onboard Lounge and First Class Shower Spa.

Additionally, Emirates will use the platform to launch new partnerships and expand existing collaborations with local and regional travel partners, including air carriers and travel and tourism entities.

These partnerships aim to enhance connectivity for travelers to and from major European travel hubs and promote travel to and from Europe through joint marketing and trade initiatives.

Emirates will also showcase its latest sustainability initiatives, including onboard items made from responsibly-sourced materials and the ‘Air-crafted by Emirates’ collection, which features luggage and accessories made from upcycled materials from retrofitted A380 aircraft. The airline’s sustainability efforts focus on reducing emissions, consuming responsibly, and protecting biodiversity and habitats.

With a footprint spanning 39 destinations in 22 European countries, Emirates has played a vital role in supporting tourism flows, economic development, and job opportunities across the continent since it began air transport services to Europe in 1987.

Over the past year alone, Emirates has facilitated seamless air connectivity for more than 17.2 million passengers between Dubai and its European gateways.

The new 480 square meters, double-storey Emirates stand at ITB Berlin 2024 will accommodate up to 200 visitors at any point in time, symbolizing the airline’s commitment to expanding its connectivity for travelers between Europe and the rest of the world. The stand is located in Hall 2.2, stand number 101, and represents Emirates’ largest trade-fair presence outside its home market.
