Emirates Launches Global Recruitment Drive for 5,000 Cabin Crew in 2024

Emirates, the world’s largest international airline, is set to welcome 5,000 new cabin crew members from across six continents in 2024. 

This recruitment effort, coinciding with the arrival of the airline’s new fleet of Airbus A350s, aims to boost the existing cabin crew numbers by 25% and uphold Emirates’ commitment to delivering the world’s best inflight experience.

The airline invites a diverse range of candidates, including fresh graduates with internship or part-time work experience, individuals with a background in hospitality or customer service, and those seeking an exciting career in global travel. 

Successful recruits will become part of an iconic brand, receiving training from industry-leading experts and enjoying the perks of working with the world’s largest international airline.

Emirates’ recruitment team plans to conduct open days and assessments in over 460 cities across six continents throughout 2024. This extensive reach reflects the airline’s broad network and the diverse composition of its cabin crew team. 

The recruitment initiative also serves as an opportunity for potential candidates to explore living and working in dynamic Dubai.

In 2023, Emirates hired 8,000 cabin crew members, reaching a milestone of 20,000 cabin crew in August. The new recruitment drive aligns with the airline’s plans to expand its fleet with Airbus A350s and Boeing 777-Xs, enhancing its capability to add new routes to the existing network of over 140 cities in 76 countries.

All new cabin crew recruits undergo eight weeks of intensive training in hospitality, safety, and service excellence at Emirates’ state-of-the-art facility in Dubai. 

The program equips them with valuable skills such as effective communication, initiative, and leadership, fostering a multicultural and resilient team spirit.
