This groundbreaking initiative offers a meticulously designed program centered on Microsoft’s cutting-edge technology courses, including digital transformation and leveraging AI for business impact. Additionally, participants will receive guidance in developing essential soft and leadership skills. The overarching goal is to not only educate and inspire future leaders within the Emirates Group but also to chart a clear career trajectory grounded in business and cultural transformation.
The program comprises over 120 hours of classroom workshops, blending both in-person and virtual elements. It will be supplemented by mentorship from Microsoft’s leadership team in the UAE and an extraordinary opportunity for participants to engage with and learn from senior leaders at Microsoft Headquarters in Redmond, USA.

The Emirates Group recently unveiled its UAE National Talent Acceleration Programme, an integral component of its Emiratisation strategy known as Rehlaty. This initiative comprises four key pillars, including the Take-off Internship Programme, International Bachelor Scholarship Programme, Fly High Graduate Programme, and Masters Scholarship Programme, each aimed at nurturing the talents of UAE Nationals and positioning the Emirates Group as an employer of choice.
In parallel, Microsoft UAE’s internal training program, Tomoh, continues to align with Emiratisation objectives by enhancing the employability of Emirati youth.
