Encountering a supportive mentor along the way, Beatrice enrolled in training at Pascal Operators Training Institute, laying the foundation for her remarkable transition.
Similarly, Betty, drawing inspiration from a musician turned excavator operator, decided to pursue training at Kitwe Institute of Applied Sciences and Heavy Equipment Operators. Fuelled by determination, Betty embarked on her own path towards a career in heavy-duty equipment operation.
