Minebea Intec to Showcase Customised Weighing and Inspection Solutions at interpack 2026
Minebea Intec will present its latest innovations in weighing and inspection technologies at interpack 2026, highlighting a shift from standardised systems to fully customised industrial solutions. The exhibition will take place from 7 to 13 May in Düsseldorf.
Amid rising energy costs, stricter quality standards and increasing sustainability demands, manufacturers are under growing pressure to optimise production processes. Minebea Intec says its approach focuses on understanding individual customer requirements before developing tailored, technically and economically efficient solutions.
Operating under the theme “Engineered for you”, the company will demonstrate how it supports clients from initial analysis through to engineering and implementation. This process combines hardware, software and consulting expertise to deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, reliability and downtime reduction.
A key highlight at the exhibition will be the Flexus® Combi checkweigher, designed for dynamic weight control and the detection of metallic foreign bodies. The system integrates multiple inspection functions, enabling manufacturers to save space and costs while maintaining high throughput rates.
Also on display will be the Dylight X-ray inspection system, which enables in-line quality control by detecting contaminants such as metal, glass and certain plastics, while also checking product integrity, weight and completeness.
Visitors will also be introduced to the award-winning Blue HMI interface, recognised at the Red Dot Awards 2025 for its intuitive design and functionality. The interface provides a unified and user-friendly control system across multiple applications, particularly in sectors such as food, beverage, pharmaceutical and chemical industries.
In the area of static weighing, Minebea Intec will present its MiNexx® range of bench and floor scales, designed for applications ranging from piece counting to quality assurance. The systems incorporate advanced cybersecurity features aligned with international standards, ensuring the protection of sensitive production data.
The company will also showcase its SPC@Enterprise software, which enables centralised data collection and real-time analysis across production sites. This allows manufacturers to monitor quality metrics, identify trends early and improve decision-making processes.
Minebea Intec emphasised that digital tools alone are not sufficient, highlighting the importance of direct engagement with customers. At interpack 2026, experts will work closely with visitors to analyse specific production challenges and develop tailored solutions that enhance efficiency and sustainability.
The company noted that precise weighing and intelligent inspection systems can reduce material waste, minimise recalls and improve plant availability key factors in achieving sustainable industrial production.
Minebea Intec will be exhibiting in Hall 11, Stand G73, with additional opportunities for product testing and training available at its nearby facility in Aachen.
Headquartered in Hamburg, Minebea Intec is a global manufacturer of industrial weighing and inspection technologies, with operations in 18 locations and a network of partners in more than 70 countries.
