A new report by KLAS Research has revealed high levels of customer satisfaction with Vectramind Health’s Firstpass platform, with all surveyed users indicating they would repurchase the solution.

The findings, published in the “Vectramind Firstpass Unified Patient Experience & Engagement Platform 2026” First Look report, highlight growing confidence in digital tools aimed at improving patient engagement and healthcare operations.

According to the report, healthcare organisations using Firstpass have recorded measurable gains, including increased patient engagement, improved patient flow, reduced no-show rates, and shorter waiting times.

KLAS noted that while the study is based on a limited sample size, customer feedback points to strong satisfaction levels and positions Vectramind Health as a reliable strategic partner. Respondents cited the company’s integration capabilities, responsiveness, and collaborative approach as key strengths.

Healthcare leaders interviewed for the report emphasised the platform’s impact, noting improvements in patient engagement and operational efficiency even prior to full system integration with electronic health records (EHRs).

Firstpass is described as an AI-native platform designed to unify patient experience and engagement by connecting communication systems, workflow orchestration, and real-time patient journey management. The solution enables healthcare providers to manage interactions with patients before, during and after care, while reducing administrative workload.
