Airtel Zambia Declares K3.51 Interim Dividend for Half-Year 2025
Airtel Networks Zambia Plc has announced the approval of an interim dividend of K3.51 per share for the six-month period ended 30 June 2025. The decision was made by the Board of Directors on 19 August 2025.
In line with the requirements of the Securities Act No. 41 of 2016 and the Listings Rules of the Lusaka Securities Exchange (LuSE), the company confirmed that the dividend will be payable to shareholders recorded in the company’s register at the close of business on Friday, 19 September 2025.
Given LuSE’s three-day rolling settlement cycle, the last date to trade and qualify for the dividend is Tuesday, 16 September 2025. Dividend payments will be distributed on or about Monday, 22 September 2025.
Airtel has also reminded shareholders to provide their bank account details to ensure smooth and timely processing of payments. Account Detail Forms are available through the company’s Share Transfer Secretaries, Corpserve Zambia, located at 6 Mwaleshi Road, Olympia Park, Lusaka.
The announcement was authorised by Company Secretary Sonia Shamwana-Chinganya, with regulatory approval from the Lusaka Securities Exchange and the Securities and Exchange Commission of Zambia.
