Emirates Unveils Seasonal Strawberry Menu to Celebrate British Summer in the Skies
Emirates is bringing a taste of British summer to the skies with the launch of a new seasonal strawberry menu, available exclusively on flights between Dubai and the United Kingdom from 14th to 31st July 2025.
The special offering celebrates the iconic British strawberry season and continues the airline’s commitment to seasonal, regionally inspired inflight dining.
Building on its recent Wimbledon-themed menus, Emirates’ latest culinary experience highlights the freshness and versatility of British strawberries.
The menu, available in all cabin classes, will feature timeless desserts such as Eton Mess, as well as modern interpretations like honey cake served with strawberry compote and clotted cream. Each dish will be accompanied by a personal message from the airline’s award-winning chefs, sharing the creative inspiration behind the creations.
At the heart of this initiative is Bustanica, the world’s largest indoor vertical farm based in Dubai, which provides Emirates with sweet and flavour-rich Monterey strawberries.
The airline also sources premium varieties like Champion, Favori, and Karima from Oaklands Fruit Farm in the Vale of Evesham, UK – a family-run operation known for sustainable and ethical farming practices. Oaklands is also celebrated for its active community involvement, including local education and seasonal employment initiatives.
This limited-time menu reinforces Emirates’ reputation for curating inflight experiences that celebrate global cultures through food. By partnering with trusted local farms and championing seasonal ingredients, Emirates continues to deliver exceptional dining that resonates with its diverse international passengers.
