FNB Zambia Celebrates 16 Years with “Spend, Earn Cashback & Win” Campaign
In celebration of 16 years of delivering innovative, customer-centric banking solutions, FNB Zambia has launched a new and exciting rewards campaign that’s turning everyday spending into extraordinary prizes. Dubbed “Spend, Earn Cashback & Win,” the campaign is FNB’s way of giving back to the customers who have been part of its growth journey.
Running from April 17 to July 17, 2025, the campaign will reward 50 lucky customers with monthly cash prizes and luxury family vacations, all for using their FNB Visa cards—whether tapping, swiping, or shopping online.
During the launch event, Kasali Kaingu, Head of Strategic Marketing and Communications at FNB Zambia, described the campaign as a celebration of loyalty and a look into the future of customer rewards.
“This milestone is not just about celebrating 16 years of success; it’s about appreciating the customers who’ve been with us every step of the way. Our ‘Next is Now’ campaign is a bold statement of intent, showing our commitment to building the future of banking through innovation and meaningful rewards.”
Echoing this sentiment, Mwamba Musambo, Head of Retail Banking at FNB Zambia, emphasized that the campaign is all about rewarding real-life moments:
“From buying lunch to paying for streaming services, we want our customers to know that their everyday transactions can lead to extraordinary rewards. It’s our way of saying thank you for 16 incredible years.”
Key Rewards in the Campaign Include:
- Cashback on every transaction made with an FNB Visa card.
- ZMW16,000 for 16 winners every month—totaling 48 winners over three months.
- Two luxury family vacations to the scenic Lower Zambezi, each for a group of five, inclusive of chartered flights, accommodation, meals, and adventure activities.
How to Participate:
- Use your FNB Visa card to tap, swipe, or shop online.
- Spend ZMW2,000 or more in a month to enter the monthly cash draw (every additional ZMW2,000 earns an extra entry).
- Spend ZMW5,000 or more to qualify for the grand vacation draw (international transactions of ZMW5,000+ earn two entries).
- No entry fees and no limits on the number of entries.
