Emirates and Museum of the Future to Host Inaugural Aviation Future Week in Dubai

Emirates, in partnership with the Museum of the Future, is set to host the first-ever Aviation Future Week from 15-17 October 2024 in Dubai. The groundbreaking event will bring together UAE ministers, senior government officials, and industry leaders from aviation, aerospace, airfreight, Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO), and logistics sectors to explore the future of the industry.

His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman and Chief Executive of Emirates Airline & Group, emphasized the significance of the event: “It is fitting that Dubai sets the stage for visionary global leaders to gather for key discussions and collaborations that will redefine the future of aviation. 

Dubai’s commitment to technology and innovation is fertile ground for pioneering new approaches to efficiency and sustainability.”

Aviation Future Week will feature keynote speeches, panels, and workshops across three days. The first day will focus on future air travel demand and airport infrastructure, while the second day will explore developments in airfreight, logistics, and MRO. 

The final day will highlight AI, Web3, and Extended Reality (XR) technologies, showcasing their potential to enhance workflow efficiencies and service delivery in the aviation sector.

In addition to the main programme, the event will include an exhibition platform showcasing cutting-edge aviation technologies and interactive workshops led by Emirates, dnata, Boeing, and other industry partners.
