Love Takes Flight with Emirates This Valentine’s Day
Emirates is celebrating Valentine’s Day in style, treating customers to a romantic experience in the air and on the ground with themed desserts, premium rosé Champagne, mood-setting entertainment and special touches across its cabins and lounges.
On 14 February, customers travelling in Economy and Premium Economy Class will receive a mini Valentine’s gift box featuring a raspberry chocolate brownie, while aircraft cabins will be softly illuminated with red mood lighting.
First and Business Class customers will also be treated to indulgent chocolate brownies and mini raspberry ganache tarts decorated with heart motifs. Onboard the A380, the Emirates Lounge will serve a selection of sweet delights including lemon and raspberry cupcakes, profiteroles and mini tarts.
First Class customers will be welcomed onboard with a glass of Dom Pérignon Rosé 2009, an exclusive and rare vintage available only with Emirates. The Champagne, first produced in 1959, showcases notes of raspberry and cherry with hints of cassis, fig, rose, orange oil, saffron and gingerbread.
Business Class customers will enjoy Moët & Chandon Rosé Impérial, renowned for its vibrant fruit profile, featuring flavours of wild strawberry, raspberry and red cherry, complemented by subtle floral notes and a touch of spice.
In Emirates Lounges in Dubai from 13 to 15 February, First Class customers can indulge in handcrafted desserts such as raspberry vanilla cake, pistachio strawberry cake and red velvet cake, paired with themed cocktails including Love Potion and Whispered Hearts. Canapés of marinated lobster en feuilleté with truffle cream will be served alongside Moët & Chandon rosé Champagne.
Business Class lounge guests can enjoy red berries crunchy cake, strawberry and pistachio tart, raspberry choux pastries, or visit a dedicated ice cream cart offering homemade strawberry cheesecake ice cream and raspberry and rose sorbet.
Across Emirates lounges worldwide, Valentine’s-themed dishes and drinks will add a romantic touch, from heart-shaped ravioli in Rome to Valentine’s cupcakes in Cairo and chocolate-dipped strawberries in Sri Lanka.
To complete the experience, Emirates’ award-winning inflight entertainment system, ice, offers more than 100 romantic films and dramas, including a dedicated ‘Love Stories’ collection featuring new releases such as Regretting You, Workmates and Tyler Perry’s Finding Joy, alongside classics including The Notebook, Notting Hill and the full Bridget Jones collection. Customers can also enjoy romantic playlists and themed music to set the mood throughout their journey.
