Emirates to Deploy A350 on Montréal Route, Introducing Premium Economy to Canada
Emirates has announced that its state-of-the-art Airbus A350 will enter service in Canada from 1 February 2026, operating the daily Montréal–Dubai route.
The aircraft will replace the current Boeing 777, making Montréal the first destination in the Americas to welcome Emirates’ newest aircraft type and its award-winning Premium Economy cabin.
The A350 features Emirates’ latest cabin design and advanced onboard technologies, offering customers enhanced comfort across three cabin classes. The aircraft includes 32 Business Class seats in a 1-2-1 layout, 28 spacious Premium Economy seats, and 238 seats in Economy Class.
The daily A350 service will operate as follows (local times):
EK243 departs Dubai at 02:45 and arrives in Montréal at 07:35.
EK244 departs Montréal at 10:40 and lands in Dubai at 08:00 the following day.
The upgrade signals a major improvement to Emirates’ Canadian offering, joining the airline’s A380 service already operating daily to Toronto. Through its codeshare partnership with Air Canada, Emirates travellers can also access 37 additional destinations across Canada and the United States.
Passengers on all Emirates flights can enjoy regionally inspired cuisine, premium hospitality, and over 6,500 channels of entertainment in multiple languages.
For bookings and further details, customers can visit emirates.com, the Emirates App, retail stores, contact centres, or authorised travel agents.
Deployment may begin earlier if A350 deliveries are completed ahead of schedule.
