Liquid Intelligent Technologies Zambia Launches SME Portal to Boost Digital Growth
Liquid Intelligent Technologies Zambia, part of Cassava Technologies, a leading African technology group, has unveiled its new SME Portal, a first-of-its-kind digital platform designed to empower small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across the country.
The portal offers a bundled suite of services, combining high-speed internet, collaboration tools, and secure cloud storage into a single, easy-to-use platform. SMEs can select services that best suit their operations, allowing businesses without dedicated IT teams or large technology budgets to participate fully in the digital economy.
“Our mission is to ensure every Zambian business, regardless of size, can thrive in today’s digital world,” said Mwendamo Mazaba, Acting Chief Executive Officer of Liquid Intelligent Technologies Zambia. “The SME Portal puts control in the hands of entrepreneurs, providing a simple, adaptable ecosystem that grows with their business needs.”
The launch builds on Liquid Zambia’s ongoing commitment to the nation’s digital transformation. Previous initiatives include the introduction of public Wi-Fi in Livingstone, the expansion of the GPON network, Azure Stack cloud solutions, and the 2023 opening of a Cyber Security Fusion Centre. The company has also partnered with CNC360 Consulting to co-create digital solutions for SMEs and cooperatives.
