Huawei Unveils SMART Logistics and Warehousing Solution at HUAWEI CONNECT 2025
Huawei has launched its SMART Logistics and Warehousing Solution, aimed at accelerating the digital transformation of global transportation and logistics. The announcement was made at HUAWEI CONNECT 2025’s transportation summit under the theme “Creating a Digital & Intelligent Foundation for Comprehensive Transportation and Logistics.”
Huawei Vice President and CEO of Smart Transportation BU, Ma Yue, reaffirmed the company’s commitment to advancing innovation in networks, computing, AI, and talent cultivation to ensure sustainable growth in the transport sector.
The solution, unveiled by Qiu Shikui, Vice President of Huawei’s Smart Logistics and Warehousing BU, focuses on five key areas: platform-based services, digitalised operations management, intelligent allocation, automated relocation, and unattended transportation.
Industry leaders praised the move as a game-changer. Thailand’s Deputy Chief of State Railway, Kumpol Boonchom, highlighted its potential in positioning Thailand as a strategic rail logistics hub.
Guo Shuangqing of SF Technology noted expected gains in air logistics efficiency, while Yang Bin of Shandong Port Technology Group commended Huawei’s support in building an integrated smart port ecosystem.
Huawei’s technological footprint already spans 100 ports, 200 logistics firms, 300 rail lines, 210 airlines, and over 200,000 km of road networks worldwide. With the new solution, the company seeks to transform logistics into a digitally intelligent ecosystem, turning concepts like Mobility as a Service into reality.
