Chilanga Cement Declares Interim Dividend of ZMW 2.00 per Share
Chilanga Cement Plc has announced an interim dividend of ZMW 2.00 per share for the half-year period ending 30 June 2025. The decision was approved by the company’s Board of Directors on 11 September 2025.
In line with Securities Act No. 41 of 2016 and the Lusaka Securities Exchange Listing Rules, the dividend will be payable to shareholders registered in the company’s books at the close of business on Friday, 10 October 2025. Accordingly, the last day to trade and qualify for the dividend is Tuesday, 7 October 2025.
Dividend payments are expected to be posted on or about Monday, 13 October 2025. Shareholders are advised to update their bank account details with the company to ensure smooth and timely receipt of payments. Account detail forms are available from the company’s share transfer secretaries.
