Natbrew to Hold 57th Annual General Meeting Virtually on August 14
National Breweries Plc (Natbrew) has announced that its 57th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Thursday, 14 August 2025 at 10:00 hours. The meeting, covering the financial year ending 31 March 2025, will be conducted virtually via the Corpserve Zambia e-AGM platform.
According to a notice issued by Company Secretary Simbarashe Banga, shareholders are encouraged to participate online using the link: https://eagm.corpservezambia.com.zm/eagm. Registration for the AGM opened on 25 July 2025 and will remain open until the meeting commences. Shareholders must register in advance with a valid email address and mobile number and ensure they have a stable internet connection.
The meeting agenda includes the adoption of minutes from the 56th AGM, presentation of the Directors’ Report and Financial Statements, approval of a dividend declaration, election of directors, remuneration matters, appointment of auditors, and other business.
Shareholders may vote electronically via the AGM link or through the Corpserve Shareholder mobile application, available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
The AGM notice has been approved by the Lusaka Securities Exchange (LuSE), the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and the Board of National Breweries Plc.
