Emirates Group to Hire 17,300 in Global Talent Expansion Drive
The Emirates Group has announced a massive global recruitment campaign to power its next phase of innovation and expansion, aiming to hire over 17,300 professionals across 350 job roles during the current financial year.
The ambitious talent drive spans roles within Emirates, the world’s largest international airline, and dnata, its global air and travel services company. Recruitment will cover critical areas such as cabin crew, pilots, engineers, commercial teams, customer service, IT, HR, and finance, with dnata alone seeking more than 4,000 cargo, catering, and ground handling specialists.
His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman and Chief Executive of Emirates Airline & Group, emphasized the alignment with Dubai’s Economic Agenda D33 and the Group’s future trajectory.

To connect with top-tier candidates, the Group will host over 2,100 open days and talent acquisition events in 150 cities around the world. Since 2022, the Emirates Group has hired more than 41,000 professionals, growing its global workforce to 121,000 employees. In the last year alone, the Group received over 3.7 million job applications, underscoring its appeal as an employer of choice.
