The Zambia Development Agency (ZDA) has confirmed that all preparations are complete for the much-anticipated Invest Zambia International Conference (IZIC) 2025, set to take place from 16th to 18th July at the Mulungushi International Conference Centre in Lusaka.
The inaugural conference will bring together nearly 2,000 delegates, including high-ranking government officials, international investors, industry leaders, diplomats, and development partners, with the aim of unlocking Zambia’s vast investment opportunities and facilitating key economic deals.
Over 63 exhibitors will showcase investment-ready projects across priority sectors such as energy, mining, agriculture, tourism, ICT, manufacturing, and infrastructure—highlighting Zambia’s ongoing economic transformation and investment appeal.
ZDA Director General Mr. Albert Halwampa applauded President Hakainde Hichilema, whom he referred to as the nation’s Chief Investment Officer, for his relentless commitment to making Zambia a global investment hub.
“Our partners, including Wonderful Group of Companies, First Quantum Minerals, Chinese Business Community, Cybastion, Catoca, Euro Exim Bank, Zanaco, Standard Chartered Bank Zambia, FNB, IDC, and Barrick Lumwana, have played a pivotal role in making IZIC 2025 a reality,” Mr. Halwampa said.
The ZDA reaffirmed its commitment to making IZIC 2025 a transformative platform—fostering deal-making, strategic partnerships, and shared knowledge. Stakeholders from across the globe are encouraged to take part in this landmark event.
