RwandAir Crowned Africa’s Best Regional Airline at 2025 World Airline Awards

RwandAir has been named Africa’s Best Regional Airline at the prestigious 2025 World Airline Awards held during the Paris Air Show. 

The award, presented by global aviation rating agency Skytrax, recognizes the airline’s exceptional service quality and growing influence across the continent.

Skytrax CEO Edward Plaisted praised RwandAir’s consistent dedication to service excellence. “RwandAir continues to distinguish itself through a clear focus on service attention… professional, considered, and personal,” he said.

The recognition is based on a global passenger survey that collected over 22.3 million responses from travelers across more than 100 nationalities between September 2024 and May 2025.
