CEM Africa Summit 2025 to Spotlight AI Innovation in Customer Experience

The 2025 CEM Africa Summit, scheduled for August 12–14, is set to revolutionize how industries across the continent approach customer experience (CX), with Artificial Intelligence (AI) at the core of this transformation.

Bringing together over 700 senior leaders from finance, retail, telecoms, and beyond, the summit will focus on how AI can drive personalization, anticipate customer needs, and boost service efficiency.

Keynote speakers include top executives such as Ben Phillips (Fujitsu), Daryl Wilkes (ASOS), Tatiana Ndluvo (Nedbank), Gedeon Rossouw (Absa), and Marnitz Van Heerden (Discovery), who will share real-world insights on implementing AI strategies in CX.

The agenda boasts hands-on workshops, AI strategy sessions, and panels on critical topics such as real-time customer analytics, contact center automation, and the ethics of AI in customer service.
