Emirates and Air Peace Sign Interline Agreement, Expanding Travel Choices to 13 Nigerian Cities
Emirates, the world’s largest international airline, has entered into an interline agreement with West Africa’s largest carrier, Air Peace, further enhancing connectivity for passengers traveling to and from Nigeria. This strategic partnership allows Emirates’ customers seamless access to 13 new Nigerian destinations via a single-ticket booking and simplified baggage transfer.
Passengers flying from Dubai to Lagos can now connect onwards to Asaba, Akure, Benin City, Calabar, Enugu, Ilorin, Kaduna, and Owerri, among others. The agreement also benefits corporate and business travelers, providing smoother access to key Nigerian economic hubs such as Abuja, Kano, Uyo, Port Harcourt, and Warri. This development supports the strong trade and tourism relationship between Nigeria and the UAE.
Adnan Kazim, Emirates’ Deputy President and Chief Commercial Officer, emphasized the importance of the partnership, stating, “Emirates is a steadfast partner of Nigeria’s tourism, trade, and aviation sectors. This collaboration with Air Peace enhances our connectivity, offering more options for corporate, leisure, and visiting family and friends.
