With a growing global demand for vegan meals, Emirates showcases its commitment to sustainability, nutrition, and taste by introducing over 300+ vegan recipes onboard flights to 140 destinations.
Marking Veganuary, Emirates chefs recently trialed new creations, including a legume-based solid egg substitute and vegan cannelloni, ensuring passengers experience flavorful, nutritious options.
The airline sources premium plant-based products globally, including Beyond Meat from the USA, organic vegan chocolate from France, and pesticide-free greens from the UAE’s Bustanica, the world’s largest hydroponic vertical farm.
Vegan options span all travel classes, offering unique dishes such as curried vegetable puffs in Economy, five-spice soy mushrooms in Premium Economy, and polenta cake with thyme mushroom ragout in First Class.
