Emirates, renowned for its exceptional service and global connectivity, has unveiled a chic new uniform for its Premium & VIP Passenger Services team. This elite group is dedicated to seamlessly managing high-profile and First-Class passengers transiting through Dubai International Airport (DXB).
The uniform, designed in-house, mirrors the sophistication of Emirates’ iconic cabin crew look. It features three variations: an A-line skirt suit and a pant suit for ladies, and a tailored three-piece suit for gentlemen.
The warm sand hues symbolize UAE’s desert dunes, accented by a red collar and cuffs for ladies, and a signature red hat and gold pin. Practicality meets style with details like the red pleat in the skirt and elegantly draped cream scarves that nod to the region’s culture.
Serving over 150,000 passengers annually, this 145-strong team manages VIPs, including heads of state, celebrities, and influencers, with expertise and precision. Their role spans personalized greetings, expedited security, lounge access, and seamless connections for First-Class travelers, ensuring privacy, security, and efficiency.
With Dubai hosting global events such as the G20 Summit and Expo 2025, this team is instrumental in maintaining Emirates’ reputation for excellence, combining meticulous planning and round-the-clock dedication to provide world-class hospitality.
