Local Entrepreneur Uplifts University with Revamped Recreational Center
University of Zambia student life gets a boost thanks to entrepreneur Kostandinos Mwape’s commitment to giving back. Mr. Mwape recently oversaw the revitalization of a campus recreational center, providing a much-needed space for students to study and relax.
Mwape’s dedication extends beyond business success. Early on, he ensured the center offered free Wi-Fi access, demonstrating his commitment to supporting the student community.
This act of generosity has had a significant impact, as students themselves shared how the improved center has positively influenced their academic achievements.
The safe and quiet environment, especially at night, allows them to focus and excel in their studies.
Mwape’s initiative caught the attention of Zambia’s Minister of Small and Medium Enterprise Development, Elias Mubanga.
During a visit to the University of Zambia, the Minister expressed strong support for such endeavors.
He highlighted their importance in not only shaping the economic landscape but also in enriching the lives of community members.
