FQM’s Trident Subsidiary Celebrates Success of Inaugural Graduate Development Programme

Trident, a subsidiary of First Quantum Minerals (FQM), recently commemorated the triumphant conclusion of its inaugural Graduate Development Programme (GDP), spotlighting the accomplishments of eight promising young professionals who successfully completed the rigorous two-year initiative.

Launched in 2022 with the strategic objective of fostering emerging talent and cultivating a robust pipeline for Trident’s future, the GDP commenced with the selection of 12 outstanding individuals through a competitive process.

Addressing attendees at the graduation ceremony, Gordon White, General Manager of FQM Trident Limited, underscored the paramount importance of embracing a mindset of perpetual learning.
