Minister Nkandu Launches 2024 Youth Week
Minister of Youth, Sport, and Arts, Hon. Elvis C. Nkandu, MP, ignited enthusiasm for the forthcoming 2024 Youth Week activities. With a promise of transformation, Minister Nkandu emphasized the critical role of Zambia’s youth in shaping the nation’s future.
“The youth must be the lifeblood of the nation,” declared Minister Nkandu, stressing the significance of young people showcasing their talents, pursuing their dreams, and making positive contributions to society.
Central to the Youth Week agenda are two pillars: the National Careers Fair and the National Youth Indaba. The National Careers Fair aims to empower young minds by providing them with invaluable opportunities for career exploration, networking with industry professionals, and gaining insights into the dynamic job market.
Minister Nkandu highlighted knowledge and skills as essential tools for building a prosperous future for Zambia.
The National Youth Indaba, on the other hand, offers a rare platform for direct engagement between youth and esteemed government leaders, including the Republican President.
